The hotel is conveniently located off an industrial estate, great for exploring west Norfolk, but you might hear noise from upstairs. The rooms, though brand new, had some issues with leaks and odors. The service was nice and polite, especially in the reception area. The dining experience was satisfactory overall, but there were some inconsistencies. The location was a mix of positives and negatives, suitable for those with specific plans in the area.
