Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located off an industrial estate, great for exploring west Norfolk, but you might hear noise from upstairs. The rooms, though brand new, had some issues with leaks and odors. The service was nice and polite, especially in the reception area. The dining experience was satisfactory overall, but there were some inconsistencies. The location was a mix of positives and negatives, suitable for those with specific plans in the area.
The service was a bit mixed, as they were quick to give me a full refund but the staff looked scruffy while serving. The location was quite out of the way but it served as an ideal base for our trip to the Captain Fawcett Emporium and Barbers Museum. The dining experience was a letdown with limited options available at the help-yourself hot plate. The facilities were sufficient, but the state of the car park needed attention.
The hotel had tired rooms, especially the bathroom with mold on the ceiling and poorly fitting furniture, but at reasonable prices. The bedrooms were dirty and lacked a telephone or hairdryer. The service ranged from lovely and friendly to indifferent at times, but overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to Kings Lynn and major roads, although it was unexpectedly situated on an industrial estate. The dining experience was inconsistent, with cold meals and limited breakfast options, but the hotel offered a loyalty bonus for evening meals and drinks. The hotel's facilities were adequate, with some areas needing improvement.
